We stayed here NYE, the room was lovely, modernly decorated and bed was very comfortable. The staff here give such a nice warm welcome and attend to any requests. When we come back from an event early The Manager happily served us in the little bar at reception and engaged in conversation when he didn’t need to. Reasonably priced and will definitely be returning. Thank you !

Tastefully decorated hotel. Very friendly and accommodating reception staff (Basha) . We booked two rooms, one was super luxury, with a very comfortable super king bed. The other was a double room. Both nice and clean but the bathrooms had no heating . Dinner was not being served until later in the month. Would stay again.

The location of the hotel is real close to the Rotherham football ground. There are also plenty of places to eat locally too. Unfortunately for me I was in the hotel a few days after it was taken over so I won't write off the hotel for those reasons. It was clean and well presented.

Enjoyed our one night stay. The rooms had an individual feel. Had a drink by the wood burner and then ate locally, within easy walking distance from the hotel. Thanks Basha for looking after us well.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely room stunning bathroom. Breakfasts weren't avaliable yet so was a bit gutted as like a good breakfast in the morning. Was told there is a coffee shop round the corner we could go to. Didn't see much of the staff due to the time we got in at night. But those who we did see were very friendly. Other guest I the hotel were very loud and playing music quite late at night. Not much consideration for others staying in the hotel. Will defiantly stay there again if they got the breakfasts as part of the price.

The Hotel itself looks like its had a lot of investment to turn it into a nice building which it is. The issues we had were the staff wearing full addidas tracksuits. Nothing wrong with their attitude, but I don't think tracksuits are appropriate attire for hotel staff. The rooms were okay. The main issue was the bathroom walls had mould on them, including all around the shower. This is due to the lack of ventilation. The bathroom smell was very musty. I think this hotel could be much better if the staff were presentable and the mould issues were resolved. Can't comment on food as we decided to go elsewhere for drinks and tea.

We only used the restaurant section for a meal out. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. Well worth a visit.

We only had a coffee here in a quick visit to Rotherham, but we were delighted to find such a lovely restaurant. Decor is wonderful. Great outdoor area for when the sun is out. Friendly welcome and service
